I bought this over the Perfect Brownie, just to save a few bucks. We sprayed the pan and insert fully with the cooking spray and cooked the brownies about 10 minutes less than the package said and everything turned out PERFECT -- exactly like we hoped. It was easy to clean the pan and the brownies came off the pan easily. Everything was cut and cooked nicely.Customer Review: You Think I'm a Coward?

You may be correct whether you said yes or no. It's 3 months since I baked in this pan. The first attempt was a failure in that it took SO long to clean the 3 parts, even though they are coated for total release. I kept saying I will try it again because it may have been my fault. Trouble is, after cleaning the other 2 pans (I have reviewed them also)that are both similar in design, I didn't want to take the chance that the brownies would stick to all the parts the way it did on the first attempt (as it did on the other 2 pans also). You can call me a coward but MAYBE some day I'll try baking brownies in this pan again, but not now. If YOU do, I wish you better luck than I had.Customer Review: after 5 uses, got rid of it

I used this maybe 5 times...horrible. the metal seems to have misshaped...and now, batter comes out the bottom...and I hand wash it, i dont put it in the dishwasher.
I have since donated it to goodwill.

I was so excited when I purchased this item. Yes I loved the way it sliced all the brownies so professionally and looked so good, but they were over done, I think because the bottom is different then most other pans. They were over done and hard.
If I do use the pan again, I would bake it much less time, then the box recommended.

Like I said it does the job. I find storing it is a bit of a problem, too many pieces.
I thought that It would make crusty edges on the brownies but they end up like perfect cuts all around.
Best if you want perfect looking brownies or muffins or even cupcakes.
