This brownie pan makes baking brownies very easy. The brownies come out looking beautiful but hard as rock. Evidently the extra metal surfaces make them bake much faster than normal. After the first batch that came out inedible, I tried reducing the baking time but the brownies still came out very hard. It will obviously be a trial and error process. But once I get the baking time right, it should be wonderful.Customer Review: Great item.

I love this brownie pan. It's heavy gauge, easy to use and easy to clean. I used baking spray on the pan and divider and had no trouble whatsoever taking the brownies out. Even though the instructions on the box said to put the divider in first then pour in the batter, I did it in reverse because I thought pouring the batter into the divider would be messy. This worked out well. The divider came out of the brownies leaving each square intact and the brownies came out of the pan without leaving a crumb behind. The product worked just as I wanted it to. I really hate to say it, but it is completely worthless! Just goes to show that you can't believe everything you hear on TV! My sister gave this to me as a christmas gift. I have been wanting one for quite sometime. When I finally used it, the brownies were completely stuck, even using a knife to go around the edges didn't work! I was sadly disappointed! I thought that maybe I had done something wrong..I had even lightly sprayed pam on it before hand. When I later talked to other ladies who had the pan and used it, they had the exact same problem! I think I will just try the square muffin pan instead. don't bother wasting your money. doing it it the old fashioned way is much better than this!Customer Review: It Works
