This is NOT a "non-stick" pan. Product claims are false and misleading by the manufacturer, seller, and reviewers. If you are looking to buy a "Non-Stick" pan, this is NOT the pan to buy. The pan requires special care and handling such as pretreating the pan with oil and cleaning the pan using a thick paste chlorine type kitchen cleanser and scouring the pan with a nylon pad.
