I am not big on cooking or cleaning the inside of an oven. I actually have been in this house a year without one as the new ovens do not come with broil pans any longer. I guess we are now getting used to paying more and getting less for our money.
But I bought a couple of London Broil roasts on sale and after I got them home realized I had no way to cook them. So went in search of a pan. I read a lot of reveiws and settled on this one. I am really glad I did. It cleaned up in a snap. Far superior to the chrome or pseudo chrome/stainless steel of the old pans and it was so reasonable I wonder why appliance manufacturers can't afford to give you one with a $800 stove.
