I saw a similar pan on "Oprah" and thought I would give this one a try. I have now made more lasagna in three weeks then I ever had! Its truly non-stick and heats evenly. I have only used one or two slots at a time when baking . I plan on trying to use this pan for various dishes but all baked at one time. I will just have to make sure timing and temperature is relatively the same. For instance: one slot meatloaf, one slot lasagna, one slot for a vegetable casserole.
If you appreciate easy cleanup and a lasagna that doesn't fall apart this is the pan for you!
